I recently bought a van with the intent to take a road trip around America with my Saint Bernard, Titan. I brought my van to AAMCO for a service and flush of the transmission. Dropping the van off on Monday, I told them I was leaving in a week and my intention to take the van to Brett's after for other services needing to be done. I was called every day with an excuse for something. They replaced two sensors on the first day and a fuse on the second. On Wednesday morning, they told me they would start the service and flush and I could pick it up by the end of the day. Getting a call at 3pm, they stated their only XL lift was being used and asked if they could keep it another day. We made arrangements for it to be done by 10am on Thursday so I could get the van to Brett's for the other services. I received a call on Thursday at 9:48am explaining that my van will not start and it was flooded, therefore they can't get it on the lift. (It was suppose to be ready to be picked up at this time, not start with the flush at this time.) They offered to take the van over to Brett's when it started. Upset at this point, I agreed and went to work. Brett's gave me a heads up they hadn't seen the van at 12:45pm. I drove straight to AAMCO.
 
I walked into the lobby to the two mechanics sitting in chairs talking. I was told they went ahead with the service and flush and then was going to take it to Brett's. (NOT what we agreed upon!) The mechanic (still sitting in a chair) says he still has to put fluid in and drive it which it would be  another 30 minutes!! I said I would wait for my van at this point cause I felt like I would never get it if I left and came back! They made me pay for the service and flush although I told them to take it to Brett's, Not do the service and flush. 

Very upset with this place and do not recommend taking your vehicle here!! Unprofessional and not worth the time, stress and money!

I had never brought a vehicle here until I recently had work done through my warranty. The gentleman who I worked with was super helpful and friendly. I will most definetly be bringing my vehicle here if I have any more issues! 😊

Had a great experience - brought my truck in with trouble shifting.  Diagnosed the issue very quickly, gave me an estimate, and had the work done next-day.  The work came in under estimate, and the guys at AAMCO didn't try to sell me additional work I didn't need.  Will definitely be back!

Very nice. I like the fact that they will give u an estimate of repair without charging anything. Had my engine replaced.

These guys do wonderful work. I have a 1992 Honda accord and they got her back on the road reasonable prices and will do what they can to get yore car back to you in a reasonable time I will be returning to this place fore other repairs as needed.
