I went to Olathe Kia for an oil change. I had heard good things about this dealership but wanted to find out for myself. I made a same-day appointment (which was fantastic!) and arrived early. I got in and was greeted with a smile. While I was waiting I decided to replace the cars' wipers so I went to the parts dept and they had the service guys install them. The price for the wipers was fantastic too. All in All a great experience. NO pressure from anyone, including sales dept while I was waiting. I was told I needed light bulbs in 2 areas but there was absolutely no pressure to buy them at that time, though I did.

I will definitely be back to this dealership for any service my Kia needs.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Not too pushy but of course, they want to make a deal. Was helped by Chris F. Super nice guy and extremely helpful. Highly Recommend!

I would give them negative stars if I could. I had a horrible experience here, and ever since I have gone out of my way to warn people to stay away. So if you are thinking about buying a new car, and your heart is stuck on a Kia, go to Shawnee Mission or lawrence Kia. They will treat you SO MUCH better than Olathe Kia would.

Looking for a car? This is the right place to shop. Visited them and got a very good deal on a Nissan Sentra that i did not resist buying!  They have real good sales associates.
