Being hassled by Olathe Ford.  They traded for a vehicle from Oklahoma.  I purchased the vehicle.  The Oklahoma title must be notarized.  That didn't happen.  I can't get Missouri title.  Olathe Ford not trying to resolve their mistake.  All they have to do is get sellers signature notorized.
After notifying the operations manager, this issue was resolved.  Mario Washington was very intent on resolving this issue.  Thank you Mario.

Would never go to any other Ford dealership  I drive 60 miles to have all my service done at Olathe Ford.  The guys at the Quick Lane are the best.  They enjoy their jobs and have fun.  They make you feel very welcome.

This was the best experience we have had in purchasing a new vehicle.  We arrived, were test driving less than an hour later, and walked out with a verbal agreement to come back and complete the sale the next day.  Absolutely no pressure to buy, upgrade, or deposit money to hold the vehicle.  Corbin Haas was excellent in providing exactly the information and options we asked for, did not try to push us into something we did not need or want.  A man of his word.  Pat Larkin discussed our payment options, and found us a better deal for payments than we first anticipated.  Steve was able to get us the after-market items installed on our schedule at our convenience.  Service like this is one of the reasons I did not purchase a new vehicle in my own town, instead driving 30 miles to get to Olathe Ford.  We will definitely start our next search at Olathe Ford, and would recommend this to our friends as well.  Excellent service, excellent performance from all involved (specifically Corbin, Pat, and Steve).

I brought my '13 Explorer in Tuesday the 26th for some routine maintenance & to address (3) fairly significant issues.  Mike Wells in Quick Lane was outstanding.  He made sure I understood the work being performed, the cost of the work  (separated by labor & parts) & approximate time for completion of each.  Thanks for getting me taken care of & relatively painless.

the best experiences I've had in purchasing a car
