Original Automatic Transmission was replaced by a remanufactured transmission for vehicle.  Vehicle is working properly. Thank you Shawn, Liem, and Thomas.

Once I contacted Thomas about my Mazda Tribute he was very helpful & upfront. He walked through the entire process step by step. I explained to him the deadline in which I needed my and I gave him an idea of the price range I wanted to stay within. Thomas delivered. He went out of his way to make sure I comfortable with the amount & that I was getting the highest level of quality for m vehicle while exceeding customer service from AAMCO.  We definitely need more respectful people like him. It's been very appreciative and blissful since my has been fixed. I will recommend him to anyone. Kudos to Thomas & the AMMCO in Morrow

Absolutely the worst customer service i have experienced! Jerry who is supposed to be the corporate rep completely shattered me wanting to ever spend another dollar at this location. I came in to pay my $1700 (cash) and there was an unknown extra $400 on my bill. After inquiring about it i was given an attitude as if i was begging for something. come to find out i was being double billed for parts. As the customer I had to figure it out and tell them the mistake. Thomas apologized for the incident but Jerry just sat there and said nothing. Jerry should be ashamed of himself throwing around the corporate title as if that meant he was right. Customer service classes are definitely needed for this individual. NEVER AGAIN!!

I had a wonderful experience at AAMCO. The staff especially Thomas was very patient and kind to me. I would recommend this car place to anyone. They fixed my car sooner than expected.  Very pleased.
