If I could give a negative zero I would. My husband has been in two car accidents both in which he took his car to Abra. The 1st time they had his care about 2 months the car was fine. After only have his car back for about a week he was hit again and this time the car was there with Abra another month or so. This time was the most horrible experience. They called him a week ago to pick up his car. He immediately went back because the car had a burning smell and now the AC doesn't work. Of course, Abra doesn’t want to admit that 1. The accident could’ve caused more damage than they believed or 2. They did something to damage the car and don’t want to own up to their responsibility. 

    They even went as far as to insult our intelligence by saying the diagnostic doesn’t show the ac was damage in the accident. Like seriously? Doing a diagnostic can NEVER tell you what happened in a car accident. When my husband went to pick up his car today (because they are still refusing to repair it) now the car wouldn’t start. They had to jump start the car twice just to get my husband out of the parking lot. Seriously? Now remember this is the 2nd car accident so our car has been in Abra’s possession since June minus the 1 week we had it back in August. So, we have the AC vents not opening on the inside of the car and now the car won’t start? All while Abra is saying maybe it was already like that. No Abra it wasn’t like that when we had it but its surely like that now. Guess what guys we are still left with making repairs to our car after being it the shop with Abra for the past 4 months. WOW. I would suggest that everybody stay away from this place.

They sent me away after a month of having my car and the car didn't start without a jump. It's still sitting in my driveway unable to start. They also left me without AC. Won't ever come back.

I wish I could leave zero stars! This place is horrible. We used because our insurance told us to. Should've check the reviews. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! There was no communication after we dropped off our car. We contacted them numerous times      To get an idea of how long the repairs would take and they never returned our calls.

My daughter took her car there to be repaired.  Although she had to take it back to get it totally repaired , the young man was courteous and seemed honest about the repairs that were done.
