I feel like I was ripped off 650 plus dollars for brakes and brake pads and one tire replacement that had a warranty and I still hear squeaking noise. I was assured  that I was getting a good deal, the only reason  I use the services because financially I could not afford to pay out of pocket for brake services at the time. Therefore, I had no other choice but to use my Firestone account,I believe  I was ripped off. My tire light is always coming on and when I ask them to take a look at the tires Im told its just my car.

Could not have received any better service.  My wife came in on Sat after evacuating from Florida and Hurricane Irma.  Trin helped her out and was concerned for her safety.  The store manager Sean was there on Tue even when the store did not have power.  I don't believe we were charged for anything more than was needed.  Cars break down and they need fixing.  Thanks so much for the great service.
