Purchased and had installed a diehard gold in 2016 from sears in Hicksville New York(moved to Georgia)now 2017 year later van has to be jump to start up several times  so I go to Goodyear and a Chevrolet dealer I’m told by TWO different companies it’s the battery THEY check  alternator starter etc. so I go to sears Auto center in Morrow Ga where it is checked in parking lot because it’s unable to START! 3 times it’s checked I SEE with my own eyes over the person back it says replace battery he then so calls himself tightened the terminals and checks again for the  3rd time telling me it’s not the battery then begans to try and convince me it could be something else and tells me he is not giving me a new battery(battery only 1year old under warranty)I have been to dealer AGAIN and they check and show me  Machine where it  says replace battery. I have been a customer to sears for over 25 YEARS and have NEVER been treated so  disrespectful I was given the worst service ever by a person from the front counter who gave me his card with the name Tyrone only after I ask to speak to manager and said I can’t do anything for you! Also Had to be given a Jump by a  mechanic from inside  The garage to start my van WHO said it’s  definitely the battery.SEARS  you have definitely lost a customer !!!!! And  I feel like I was robbed and  violated and told to go on about my way

I ordered my tires online and scheduled my appointment for the following morning. I arrived on time and the gentleman at the front desk was professional and efficient. I waited a normal amount of time for the tire installation - roughly 2 hours. There were other vehicles being serviced ahead of mine so no complaints. I would definitely return to this location and I would refer others.

Dropped my vehicle off and was told that it would be 30-35 minutes for an oil change. Came back in about 35-40 minutes and they hadn't even started and tried to use the excuse of the wrong filter came in but when I asked for my keys the filter appeared.  Amazing how that happens. I will never go back and I know now why Sears is closing all their stores.

I arrived here @ 1 pm for an oil change, tire rotation and brake check. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours. It is now 4:35 and I'm still waiting. Terrible service. I could have ran my errands and returned in the amount of time it has taken them to start the services on my car.

This is the worst place ever, I will not take my car here again. The people is slow.. I got here about 10:30am and I did not leave until 3:00.. I brought my car in for a oil change and a tire rotation and it took 5 hours... I will not recommend no one to this place And u know what's the bad thing about it I was a  loyal customer.. but every time I go they take to long... and 5 hours was my braking point.. I'm no longer give Sears auto care my business thanks
