I have been with Darrin Collins for 17 years now and have had a few claims along the way and they have always treated me like a valued customer. They are sincere and courteous, which is not as common these days. I would highly recommend working with them.

Just a note to say hello to all of my former clients and customers. I hope you are as satisfied with Darrin as your agent as I am to have him as my successor at the agency. It is good to know that I left all of my valued friends and customers is such good hands.

Disappointing Customer Service. I had 6 cars, home, and a motorcycle insured with them and after I started to ask why my insurance rates went up out of no apparent reason, Antonio kept postponing "until the next renewal" to "see what changed". Instead of telling me the issue, they kept me in the dark and had me renew my policies like an idiot. Later on when i called, Antonio refused to talk to me. I kept receiving "Antonio is with other customers" EVERY single time i called despite asking for him to call me back when he was available - to avoid talking to me about my policy changes and why my rates increased. I'd assumed that being a customer with a lot of property to insure, he would at least show some decency and work with me. As a result I pulled all of my assets from him and went elsewhere. Again, spare yourself the stress and avoid this agency.

Constantly calling my phone, despite repeated requests to stop, attempting to solicit business. One more call, and I'm reporting you to the state insurance board. STOP CALLING ME!

PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ABOUT THIS ALL STATE LOCATION.... ONLY GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE U HAVE TO PUT SOMETHING TO WRITE A REVIEW WHY I DIDNT TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT MYSELF IS THE WORST MISTAKE OF 2017 WHAT IS ALREADY WRITTEN IS VERY TRUE IVE ONLY BEEN INSURED FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS THE REP THAT SIGNED ME UP CHANGED THINGS ON MY ACCOUNT BUT NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A PRICE INCREASE & I STARTED RECEIVING CALLS ASKING FOR MORE MONEY AFTER I REFUSED EXPLAINING THAT WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME & I SHOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISTAKE ON THEIR END I THEN STARTED TO GET EMAILS SAYIN THAT I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED I CALLED 3x IN THE COURSE OF THE DAY ASKING TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER/MANAGER I WAS TOLD 2x HE WAS ON THE PHONE & WOULD RETURN MY CALL BUT NEVER DID ON THE 3x CALL I WAS PUT ON A LONG HOLD THEN HE FINALLY ANSWERED AFTER HIM TELLING ME I NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF MY MISTAKE EXCUSE ME.........MY MISTAKE, I PAID WHAT WAS ASKED WHEN IT WAS ASKED I HAD TO CALL & MAKE SURE THAT HE CHANGED WHAT HE STATED HE WOULD I PICKED A DATE TO HAVE MY PAYMENT AUTO DRAFTED ONLY TO FIND OUT FROM THE OWNER THE DATE I PICKED WAS TO FAR TO COVER THE PAYMENT I MADE AT THE END OF THE CALL NOTHING WAS RESOLVED WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER/MANAGER DARRIN COLLINS THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE WOULD DO TO CORRECT THE ISSUE & TO PAY IT !!!!!!!
