At first glance customer service was great, the older gentleman that delivered was awesome! However, the general manager does not care about her customers needs and has caused a great inconvenience for me. After being treated terrible on the phone while wanting to return my fireplace I told her instead at this point I wanted to return all of my items because of the way she spoke to me. Then she scheduled a pickup for the following Tuesday at 4pm, I waited until 10pm for delivery drivers to show up calling them multiple times to be told yes they will be there. After 7pm no further answer on the phone, and I was left awake waiting on Aaron's to show up to retrieve their items and now my wife and kids have to navigate a maze of furniture in my house until they show up.

Don't waste your time here. Customer Service as well as management is awful. They have the worst communication you could ever imagine and very unorganized.

Me and my sister were at this store today the staff was very friendly and helpful we left satisfied with no problems at all so thanks for the great service

The customer service here is terrible. The lack of professionalism and financial information is pathetic by both general managers and employees. I am also saddened that these types of businesses stay afloat since the amount someone pays in interest is ridiculous; however, they will tell you anything (at least at this location) in order to get a sale. This place implements the true meaning of taking advantage in order to make a dollar!!! If you have the cash, shop around and if you do not, you are better off saving your money and getting something at a later date from somewhere else. If you are good at math and budgeting, take a visit and see how misconstrued by this location you are as soon as you decide on a product. 
Also, I read that Aaron's does honor military discounts, yet this location does NOT, which only proves their further lack of support.
I only gave it one star because of the experience I had at this location and the sad truths of such a business.
