I always enjoy my experience at Best Buy.  Associates are friendly, professional and helpful.  They go above and beyond to help me especially when I have little information.  They have even gone online to help me with inquiries about audio systems for my television to see if they were compatible.  As a not great tech savvy senior  I appreciated the extra help and information.

All the employees are nice, knowledgeable, helpful and fun! Everyone always does their best to find what the customer needs within a good budget. Geek Squad is great too! Definitely the best place in town to buy electronics.

Totally disappointed.  Purchased a TV under an "open item discount" and was assured it had been inspected and guaranteed that it was in new condition, inspected for condition and packaging was complete. It was just that the box was opened and the TV was found to be not the right size for the customer.  When we got it home there was no packaging around the TV, parts were missing, batteries in the remote, the back was coming off the back of the TV and was obviously used.  Called the store, and after 3 calls, two of which I was hung-up on, the third I was told the manager was busy with another customer so I asked to be called back.  That did not happen so I called again and was told by the manager that that model was out of stock and did not know when it might be.  The manager asked me a question and when I tried to reply she began talking over me.  The manager only offered me another brand with similar features but not the one that was shown/advertised/one we went if for in two different locations in the store. This went on for a bit when she got offensive when I tried to overcome her talking over me and we had to close the conversation.  I will return the TV tomorrow and wont be back to a Best Buy ever again.

I would give it less stars if I could staff is absolutely clueless and good luck calling the store. Once you navigate through the extensive recording you can't get anyone to answer the phone anyway. Absolutely frustrating....

The store is small and crowded for a Best Buy.  Other than that it is what you would expect from them.  It's the only Best Buy in town, so you don't have a ton of choice.  For the most part the people who work there are friendly.
