Order a washer and was told it would be delivered Dec 26. No one  attempted to call and let us know it didn't come in. And then told us it was out of stock. And they said that they didn't know when it would be in. We had to go up there a pick out a different washer. This  is not professional. You buy one product and the have to change your order. I recommend know one buy from. I only bought from them because the prices was good.

Refrigerator went out so needed one fast. Best Buy was $400 cheaper but theirs was located in Atlanta warehouse so it would be 5 days to get delivered. HHGregg told us they had it in stock but when it got time to deliver it they said no it is actually in Atlanta. At this point we just said fine deliver it in 5 days. 5 days get here and they say it is too cold to deliver will have to wait until Sunday. They lied about where it was and when it would be delivered.

Good variety of electronics. Good prices, compared to others in the area. Excellent service. Only downside is the wait. Could use a few more employees on the floor.
