Terry helped me with my laptop.  He replaced the drive on my laptop, cloned my files and was so very nice to me.  He was helpful and explained everything that he did both in person and when he called me.  I highly recommend that if you are in need of computer repair, please don't hesitate to give them a call.

 	I wanted you guys to know that Aaron came by my home to determine the problem I had with my network drive and other network issues.  He took care of the drive issue and helped my cousin with a problem as well.  Aaron’s Army certifications, and his familiarity with government network management, clearly sets you guys apart from all the numerous “hacker” computer stores/service providers around Huntsville.   

Your QUALITY always first approach, and superior service you offer with IT credentials, make North Alabama Computer Associates (NCAA) a sought out source for IT support in Huntsville and surrounding area.  Our community needs a business like yours because of all the sensitive/proprietary information you guys have access to when working on customer’s computers.  Thanks for your excellent service and I look forward to working with you in the future regarding all my IT needs. NCAA is by far the best Information Technology “computer store” I have ever purchased products and support.   I will be sharing the "word"!!

Most friendly and helpful associates anywhere!!  I have purchased several items and have never been disappointed.  Small business without overpriced items.   As a matter of fact, the associates have saved me lots of money throughout the years.  I would highly recommend North Alabama Computer Associates.

WOW!  Best experience ever.  When our computer went on the blink, we took it to two other stores for a diagnostic.  One said it was the hard drive (just by listening to it) and the second store kept our computer for a week, charged us $60 and told us it was an overheating problem.  We were about to replace our system completely when I found NACA on Google with good reviews and decided to try them before making a new purchase.  The technician at the store took us right in, did some tests right on the spot and determined it was the power supply that needed replacing.  He offered to do the repair while we waited and he had it ready to go in about 30 minutes.  Eureka, it works!  Highly recommend NACA for repair, service, or purchases.
