Kudos to Aarons for operating the mini-golf course next door! I'm not usually a rent-to-own customer, but if every Aarons had a mini-golf course, I'd be a much more regular patron.

Went to check on a smart tv and they were great. They spent a long time helping me decide. When I took a returned tv they delivered it and there was a problem with it so the next day they delivered a new one. The cost is a bit much but when your credit isn't great and you don't have cash this is the place to go.

The delivery driver is beyond SHADY!!! They delivered a damaged piece of furniture and in the process damaged my front door. The couch had a rip it, so the driver dropped by a used open kit that he told us to use, but not tell management that he had. We called and told them to pick the furniture up the next day, and the driver accused me of tampering with the rip and wouldn't take the furniture. After numerous calls and a very kind police officer supervising their removal of the furniture they are out of my home. Absolutely buyer beware, especially while they employ that delivery guy. Due to all of this I called the manager of Rent-a-Center and he was phenomenal! If you are thinking about Aaron's go to Rentacenter instead they have true customer service!!!!!

I was in need of an upright freezer ASAP, I had over 250lbs of beef being butchered. They had it there on time. They were polite and quick about getting it in and setting it up.
