One large factor that distinguishes any store within a franchise from the others is the service. The service here is among the worst I've ever had. Both the employees working that day were atrocious. One did the very least to help my girlfriend and I and we were trying to get back on the road because I had to replace the alternator. He seemed to think he had better things to do daydreaming in the corner. The old lady working mouthed off to both of us and we did absolutely nothing to provoke it. Both of these employees should be fired or at the very least reprimanded for sucking at their job.

Gave wrong parts , didn't carry all parts for what I bought and not very knowledgeable about there job

January 19th I went to your store to purchase new wiper blades for my 83 year old aunt's car.  The young man who assisted me with my purchase helped me determine which blades we needed and then went outside in the cold and heavy rain to install them for us.  The man's name is Neftali.  He was very kind, quite the gentleman, opening the doors for me and being of excellent assistance.  He is a very good representative of the high quality service you offer and for sure we will be returning in the future as appreciative customers.
