I've always known Home Depression had bad customer service, but I didn't feel compelled to write a review about it until now. I literally waited through 4 transfers to the hardware department and still had no answer! If you'd like to get some good deals go here, but expect piss poor customer service.

Typical Home Depot - had the parts we needed and checkout was good. Customer service was not exceptionally helpful because they didn't take the time to listen to us but we figured it out on our own.

Went in to buy a New tool box for my garage I picked out the one I liked.. Then waited about a half an hour to track down someone who finally knew anything about the tool boxes. I was wondering about the dimensions of the box it was packaged in to see if the tool box would fit in the bed of my truck. After deciding that it would fit I waited about another 20 minutes for someone go and get it for me. Then the employee (Josh) who was suppose to help me load it told me he hoped the boxes fit in my truck sideways because he didn't want to lift the M***** F****** and that he was to cold to help me. Then he was of no help to his co-worker who was blindly trying to load a box into my pickup with obvious little experience running the machine. Very rude and horrible customer service. An obvious chore for him to help me load my $700 dollar tool box I just purchased. Telling me point blankly he didn't want to be there. Not impressed with him or his terrible attitude. Im not sure how he is still employed
