When we went in to visit on a Friday afternoon, we found the staff welcoming despite the fact that the corporate computer system was down. We browsed the store without any pressure to make a purchase, and when we were ready to talk, we were attended by a friendly store associate who wanted to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, the 2 of 3 pieces of furniture we wanted were on back-order, and while we were considering alternatives, the warehouse sold the last of the remaining 1 item that they had in stock. Disappointing, but perhaps due to a great sale on a good furniture set and a virus in the computer system. And one of the only local furniture stores in the area... With 20% down, they got our furniture ordered with a minimum 2-weeks' wait for it to ship in...As long as it delivers timely and the delivery crew is professional, we'll be happy customers. $75 charge for home delivery.

Everytime I do business with either the Walker's Furniture store or outlet store in Hermiston it is a positive experience. There was a time where I purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture store in Kennewick and the associate that ordered the bed ordered it incorrectly. The manager apologized for the error, however, did nothing to try and make it right, in addition wanted to charge me more money to fix their mistake. I went to Walker's furniture and ordered the missing peices from them and was so happy I did! As always my order was accurate and I was provided with wonderful customer service. I will only do business with them in the future!

After shopping around in the Tri- Cities and surrounding area for a reclining sofa I decided to buy the sofa in Hermiston at Walker's furniture. Linda, the store manager, saved me $1000 compared to Ashley Home store in the Tri-Cities for the same exact reclining sofa. The reclining sofa that I bought wasn't an in stock item, so she ordered directly from Ashley Furniture warehouse in California . It did take about three weeks to get it to Walker Furniture-Hermiston but I didn't mine the wait because I saved $1000 over the Tri-Cities Ashley's store. Another plus was I didn't have to drive to the Tri-Cities to get it. Again, thank you Linda for such a great buy! Bob Mason (a.k.a. JJL)
