They told me my computer would be available on a Friday but when I arrived to get my computer I was looked up and down by the manager and told I wasn't allowed to leave with it because it's a $1900 computer and it would have to be delivered next week. I asked tons of questions before ordering the computer days prior and was not informed of any further wait. It's unfortunate that I was profiled.I even complained to corporate and they lied about calling me back. They stated they left me a voicemail on the 31st my phone does not have a voicemail system.

Scammers & harrasers! They make you sign a contract & a book of paperwork for a reason. Because those papers are filled with misleading terms & conditions. They're trying to make me pay 3 times the price of what I purchase. But I refuse to! Their leashing policies are so unreasonable & falsified & very unbearable! They do not care about their customers at all!

Horrible experience... Filled out application paid $86... A day later I get call that they have an issue bc I sublease my apt... Now I have to go back to store to fill out form to get my money back... Rent a center approved me and gave me same day delivery... This place was going to be 3 to 4 days.... Save yourself a headache just go to rent a center... I wish I had to begin with....
