Justin was very helpful. He answered all my questions and was attentive, but gave me space to look around on my own. When I did have a question, he was nearby and I didn't have to look for him. I never felt pushed at all. The ladies at the front desk were very courteous and friendly. Great experience, and I will return to Ashley for future furniture needs.

i bought a piece of furniture at this store. they said they scheduled the delivery & only when i called to change the delivery date, did i realize it wasn’t even scheduled! i went into the store & the manager took my name & number & said he would call after following up. i never heard back from him. i like the dining room table i bought, but their customer service after purchasing a piece of furniture, could stand to be improved.

My experience was amazing! Angela was such a Big help! She took her time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her customer service was phenomenal!!! The store was was nice and clean, employees were pleasant and I was satisfied. Thank you!

The store was very well organized. We were greeted with a smile when we walked in. My family and I were comfortable while looking at furniture, we never felt pressured. All Reps were kind, and made sure to check on us periodically. Our sales representative, Kelvin, was very knowledgeable of all products that we were interested in. Even when I was a little indecisive, he asked the right questions to ensure the my family and I got what was best for our needs. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase made. My husband and I left feeling good about the choice we made! We are looking forward to delivery day.

Thank you to Eric and Kendra for the great customer service when buying several pieces of furniture for our new home. They were especially accommodating in helping me pick out the perfect mattress for my bedroom. Their furniture is top of the line and of excellent quality! If we ever need to buy more for our home, Ashely will be our first stop!
