It has been a horrible experience. We purchased a bed for my son in his new apartment at college. After selecting the bed, we were told that all of the parts were in stock and we could get it that day. We paid for the bed and left to get a truck. We came back that afternoon to pick it up and were told sorry, they had been wrong and all of the drawers for the bed were not there. We told them we would like our $ back and they say they cannot do that, they can only give store credit. We asked when it would be in and they said 3-5 days and that they would bring it to us. 2.5 weeks later still no drawers and we have to move him in at school. We go to open the bed to assemble. It has been in the box in our garage the entire time and what do we find but a large crack in the headboard! I have to call them, then email them with pictures and all of the claim info. They say "do not worry, we will settle this quickly in 2 weeks or so and either give you credit back for it or send you a new bed" We will call you next week. 2 weeks go by and no call. I inquire with them and they say they haven't heard back from manufacturer. 2 more weeks now have gone by and still no word so i call them. Oh we cant find your claim, can you resend? We will resubmit with the dreaded "2nd request" on it. Like that is going to help, They are just trying to wait us out and stall as long as they can hoping we will go away. Terrible customer service, no regard for their customers, what a crappy company to do business with. Avoid them!

I had a layaway plan for a dining room table and bedroom set. Made payments every month and when I was making my final payment on 12 MARCH 2017. I was told that the bedroom set was discontinued. Of course, all SALES are final and I was given an opportunity for a different bedroom. I obliged and finalized my account and collected my dining room set. I was told 4 to 6 weeks before the new bedroom set would show......received calls that it's coming.....its coming.....It arrived 13 JUNE 2017. No compensation only apologies. 3 MONTHS LATER. Collecting my bedroom and I am done with AF.

I was immediately greeted by Gary and after describing what I was looking for he brought me straight to the bed that I ended up buying later that day. Personable and helpful we were in and out. Thanks! (Price was unbeatable too)

Great service. Because is the low prices however, there is no ac si or can get pretty hot inside. Easy shopping experience though with great service..
