My laptop needed a new hard drive and I took it into them to be repaired. I explained what was going on and that I was in a hurry to get to work. I was able to drop it off quickly and they were very good about keeping me updated. They had it done in under two days. Great service that I didn’t pay an arm and a leg for! Will definitely go there again in the future

This company is incredible! Their service and support is second to none. Our company gets all of our PC/Servers from Bitz and we have yet to be disappointed! From sales to service---I highly recommend BitzPC for any personal or business related technology needs!

This Computer store has always had everything I needed, If Not in stock they ordered it for me and it came very quick. Not only is the Customer Service at top notch but the prices are tough to come close to also.

5 stars. Jeff and the people at Bitz have been very helpful always. I have purchased 2 desk tops, and a lap top. I would recommend it especially if you are not a computer guru yourself. They are informative and GREAT!

I've been using Bitz for over 10 years on both a business and personal basis and they have exceeded my expectations with their products and their friendly/knowledgable staff EVERY TIME! 5 stars no doubt!
