Terrible absolutely the worse besides the manger no one can read a contract or understand one apparently. Cant get their billing straight they make up things. Never do service with them unless you want constant headaches and phone calls about payments you already made.

We rent a Beautiful living room set from them ,. The people there are so nice ! Bill the manager is a Great guy , he works with you . Not like other rental places , we will continue doing our business with only them !! Donna and Gary .

Have rented a few things over the years and considering aarons is a place that doesnt go by credit and you can give the stuff back when you cannot afford it.... you would think that when you are doing good and would like to rent again from them than you should be able to correct?????? Well that apparently is not the case!!!!!! My husband wanted to rent our same furniture set and the manager told my husband that we could not rent unless we pay 3 months of payments first??? I have never heard of such a thing!!! We will be taking our business elsewhere!!!!

Aaron's in Cranston is a good environment good workers , the workers have good attitudes . At Aaron's there are good deals and good prices, therefore I give them 5 stars

Worst thing I could have done was go through Aaron's. The amount of extra money you spend will drive you insane. I'd rather have nothing then go through Aaron's again. Beware of the same as cash deal.
