Store is awful. Everytime I go into the store, they have a very limited stock...I'm told "its available online. If I wanted to shop online, I wouldnt be in the store ! Side note, if I check online, the items are always available at other locations out of state.... so the problem is with THIS LOCATION. Dont waste your time !!

I like the Crate and Barrel chain in general. Their kitchen supplies are my favorites - they're a little more expensive but much better quality than the big box stores. That being said, this Crate and Barrel isn't the best. It's small with a not do great layout. The staff weren't particularly helpful and I didn't have a great checkout experience. Recommend another Crate and Barrel if you can.

Be a very careful consumer. I am writing this to warn other potential customers about the Crate & Barrel No Return Policy - so perhaps you will not get stuck. As a first time buyer from C&B, I regrettably did not take the no-return policy to heart. The no return policy should be a warning signal to all buyers. With this policy in place, C&B is basically saying that they are not concerned with the customer's complete satisfaction. I was so terribly disappointed in the loveseat that I ordered (Harborside Slipcovered Loveseat), it was Not what I expected, it is like sitting on a Stone Slab - very hard and horribly uncomfortable. It feels nothing like the in-store show piece. Sadly, when I was buying this piece, C&B did explain their no return policy, but I was so pleased with the in-store show piece that I unwittingly thought I would not want to return it. I could not have been more mistaken. This was my first time buying from C&B. I will not buy from them again.

Racist customer service. My fiance and I were browsing the store for new furniture for our apartment when a sales associate was following us around, acting like we were going to steal something. While looking at one of their sofas he promptly came over and pointed us to the clearance section. We are upstanding educated citizens and it is 2017 we shouldn't have to deal with service like this.
