I was hospitalized for 29 days 22 of them I was n a coma so i had no way to contact aarons about my tv, then when i got out i was more worried about my job and other things that aarons came to my house to get my tv so i explained what happened and they still didn't care..... so the hell with aarons....

Bad customer Service. I got a month behind got told to pay a certain amount onMonday and I'll be good. Monday came was waiting to get my check. They came out 3 pm that day and took it. Wouldn't even attempt to work with me at all. Had to call multiple times to even get someone to Come out and check on our washer.

I will never ever rent from aarons again in my life! Went in a month ago it was $300 to pay my kids beds off, paid $150, call today to pay the rest of the way off and I still owe $215 dollars... WTF! NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Wouldn't rent from this company.the management allows employees to call customers drugheads alcoholic. If this how Aaron's runs a company then they need to be shut down.
