This is NOT a verizion store! This is a money funnel store aimed at taking advantage of customers. My old S4 stopped working, I happened to be in town for my brothers birthday. I ask the staff 'John' about getting a new, better phone.  He was helpful and nice, however maybe through lack of knowledge or other,  talked me into an J7. This phone is garbage!  The 14 day return policy is a joke.  I dealt with phone until my new phone came in the mail.  I went to return the J7 and they tell me they can't because of 'damage'. The phone was in my pocket and has what looks like, a bad paint mark on one corner that you can barely see that looks like a manufacturer error. There isn't even paint missing. I never dropped this phone or anything.  Then they tell me a real store could overlook this 'damage' but they are not a verizion store. It says VERIZION right on the frigging building!!! They say that phones must look new and that it's possible this is a new phone thethat got 'over looked'. But they still won't make it right.  All the managers happened to be on vacation so I had to speak with someone on their phone.  This guy basically said, to bad, thanks for $260. So now I'm stuck with a brand new phone that has half the features I was told it would have and I'm out $260. At the end of this month I'm canceling my service! Enough of this company raising rates and not standing behind products or up for customers.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm always helped with answers to questions or phone issues. Plus pay your bill right here.
