I know a lot of people give GameStop a lot of bad rep now days but honestly, this is my favorite place to go for games/gaming accessories. This store specifically any how. I've had bad experiences at other locations but that's not what I'm here for though. The people who work here understand what you want and what you're looking for. I've had power up pro since 2011 and saved hundreds of dollars with it when buying games and getting rewards. If you go to GameStop, make it this one.

Tried calling to see why I wasn't notified that Zelda breath of the wild was released. Called them and pressed 1 on their automated system. Just says can't hear sorry good by. I expect this kind of poor quality from comcast not a gamestore. Just pure lazy programming.

I bought a used game tonight, when i got home there was no game inside. I shouldn't have to make sure that I'm not paying for an empty case. Highly disappointed.
