I love my washer and dryer but I'm giving 2 stars because of the rude and inappropriate associate that called me about a TV I was returning.  And if you happen to fall behind on a payment you can bet that Jay will call you 50 times while you're at work then they'll send someone to your door who actually parks down the road and sneaks up behind your house. I'll be happy when I'm done dealing with this company harassing me

I like the products they sell. Only downside is that when i got behind on my payments, i told them to come get their tv cause i couldnt make the payments anymore, and for them to come the next day. I jad a family emergency and wouldn't be home til next day. They called me a liar and said they're going to have one of their staff drive by my house to see if i was home. They have a horrible attitude.

They can be very rude.. If you have any animals, they will keep knocking on your doors or Windows to keep them barking..
