My laptop power switch went out on September 6th. I took it in the same day when they opened. It is now October 4th and I am still without it. I even made my payment October 3rd even though I still do no have it. I have never been late yet how is it that it takes nearly a month to repair. I am suppose to call today to see if it is done. My guess is I doubt it. Figures I pay for something I do not have or working. Well I called. And I was right. It is not in. Tired of being given the run around. Now there saying it will be longer. FIGURES 

They fixed my Laptop and made it right with me on the hassle the employees at the store was giving me on it. I am glad to see that someone higher up in the company is looking out for me on this. THANKS AGAIN
