Do NOT rent from them. Their workers are EXTREMELY rude and they will harass you day after day. My husband lost his job, and I stayed in contact with them and let them know of the situation, when we finally had the money to make our monthly payment it was late, but we paid for the late fee and the monthly fee, we were told that we were good until the next month for a payment. 2 weeks later they come pounding on our door, completely rude to my grandmother, with a note saying we are 22 days late and owe way more money then we even need to pay in a month payment. I called them and they said the manager would call me on Monday. Saturday I get another call from them, (their females are completely rude), I didn’t answer because I worked all day, got off work with ANOTHER missed call from them, harassing me saying I need to make contact with them. On Monday first thing in the morning they call, I was expecting it to be the manager, but no it was one of their females Brandy, calling to once again harass us, then gets us to Adam the manager, he tells me the note they left was wrong and we scheduled a pick up date on Thursday because my husband and I am tired of being harrassed. Wednesday they call me leaving a message telling me I need to get in contact with them or they will have to bring in their lawyers... WE ALREADY HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM AND ITS GETTING PICKED UP.

Do not rent from here, their females are completely rude, they don’t do their job and look into their accounts before calling, every month we have rented from them we made our payment and then 2-3 days later they will call me telling me I didn’t make my payments, and will have complete attitude with me. Then they will say they will look into my account and call me back, will call back saying I only made half the payment which is completely wrong, and will call me the next day about making a payment, while the manager is suppose to be looking into it, and then they find that I made the full payment... how is a company ran this badly?!?!? They need to stop harassing people, and learn how to talk to their customers because they are completely rude. They deserve 0 stars.

This place is so disrespectful. We had a death in the family and the gm Adam and Terria had no simpathy for this situation. They only cared about the $112 that we owe. And we never missed a payment before and only had 6 payments left. So to let everyone kno this place will only care about their money and not anything else. And their regional manager is just as disrespectful. So this is a warning to all out there.  And this is not the first time they have done this to ppl

My son and I both have accounts with Aaron's mine is a once a month payment and my son's is a by-weekly. They keep combining them and messing up both accounts.

As a truck driver not a good place to deliver I guess Lazy is the only word to describe the workers here staring with the manager no disrespect but he had 3 guys there and he told me I had to stay over night because he didn't have enough people I only had 1/4 of the trailer which is like 80 pieces he called my dispatcher complaining that I was there early so I ended up waiting 18 hrs to get unloaded. But anyway thanks guys God bless you all.
