The service was wonderful.  Donald and Darren were friendly and professional.  They were careful to bring in the furniture and careful coming through doorways as well.  They were courteous and shut the door after they brought in the furniture as to not let any excess heat out.  It had been a long day for them and they were still in good spirits and very fast.  They made sure I liked the placement of the bed and even moved it a few inches back for me.  I highly recommend them and I'm pretty sure they deserve and raise and a Christmas bonus!  Good help is hard to find.

I almost wasn't going to write this review. The people are always friendly, the prices are ok. Not great, but ok. I had problems with setup both times I bought something here though. The delivery people were awesome, easily 5 stars, but they were never given all the hardware to complete their job. One time I had to buy something additional and the next they went out of their way to buy the hardware. If you shop here I recommend exercising caution and ask a lot of questions. Personally you might be better off going to American Furniture Warehouse.

I found a dining room table online that I had to have! When I starterted doing my research, I found out the closest store was in WY (I live in Denver, Colorado). When I called the store Judy helped me process my order quickly and efficiently. I decided to take the trip up to Wyoming to pick up the table and check out their inventory. Once I got their Judy greeted me with a huge hug and made my pickup personable and easy. A few weeks had passed and I was starting to research some additional pieces. Judy must have some kind of intuition (or great customer service skills) because she followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my initial purchase. At that moment I knew that it wasn’t just a sale for her, it was building a relationship. Shortly after that I called her to place an additional two orders. If you need furniture, near or far from WY please contact Judy!!!!

These guys are great. Donald/David from the deliver team were very conscientious and very accommodating.  They were very helpful and took the time with  my delivery and questions.  From sales to management, the home office, and delivery teams,  they are all extremely professional and helpful.  I'm very happy with my experiences with Ashley.

This is the best place to shop for furniture for miles. We drove from Boulder Colorado to Cheyenne to buy furniture for our living room. From the sales people to the office assistants we were greeted warmly and treated fairly. The delivery was scheduled and on time. The delivery people were very professional and courteous. Would NOT buy from any where else. Period. Thank you all for making a stressful time so pleasant. We will be back. The "Keene's"
