They haven't see any of my receipts and I paid my note last month and my money didn't get put on my ice box! I've been keeping track of what I put on it and some kinda funny business going on over there. I know one thing I doing business with you no more after I pay my ice box off.

It was so HORRILBE THE MANGER GOT IN MY BOYFRIENDS FACE BECAUSE HE DIDNT LIKE HIM AND TOLD ME HE COULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. HE SAID HE EMBARRASSED US AND HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND I WILL MAKE OF THAT.

Horrible experience! Cancelled a rental agreement within 24 hours and was basically given the run around for a full refund. What kind of company has ONE person in charge of refunds? It's easy to take cash as a payment, but try to get a refund and it's like passing a bill in congress! Our first experience was rather lack luster. They have one pleasant employee and the rest seem to not give a crap if there are customers in the store or not. I have been to the location on two different occasions trying to get a refund and have left twice without my money and wasting my time. I've called the corporate headquarters twice about this issue. In my honest opinion the store needs to hire new staff inclusive of the condescending manager and snarky sales staff. The only person who seems capable of doing her job is the sales woman in charge of accounts.
