Horrible service. 800#'s inform you to call store to resolve issues. Attempted to call store numerous times. Either no answer at all or if I did get someone to pick up I was hung up on shortly after that. Going to return all items and not go back.

Not to happy this particular store. First I go in today, Thanksgiving evening for Christmas gifts, and the sales clerk tells me that I have 30 days to do returns or exchanges. Well, Christmas Day is more than 30 days away, so how am I to know if anything fits. Needless to say I put stuff back that I wasn't sure about and bought the rest only to get home and find out that one of my items I was double charged for. And it's probably my for not checking behind the cashier but this is a warning to other customers, just make sure you guys check behind these people working here. I realize now why I quit shopping at Sears 3 years ago and I use to be in there shopping at least twice a month.

Their employees sometimes TRY to be attentive, but there seems to be a serious lack of training of their staff.

Just called looking for a product. After attempting 12 different times and 4 different departments not picking up, including the store manager, I'm moving on.

Terrible online service and returns system.  I ordered furniture which came shipped damaged.  Returns schlocky system.  They don't have a grasp on good customer service.
