The person at the door greets you and tells you basically where the products you want are located. I received no help from floor staff even though I was having trouble locating an item. There were more employees than customers, but the  employees seemed to be preoccupied on laptops. The checkout person was nice, and checkout went smoothly enough. I went on 11-22-2017.

Really hit or miss.  Sometimes I go in here and get the help I need and get my questions answered.  Other times the sales people aren't to be found or when you do find them they just answer your questions while walking passed or away from you.  
They did price match a really big online retailer....so that was nice.

Decent but understaffed, waited a few mins just to speak to an available blue shirt until I guy who doesn't speak English well mistakes me for one and repeatedly asked me to get him a tv. Store was clean but left due to being wait time and pestering.

I like going here to check out all the new stuff but the customer service is horrible and to check out is even worse. Last time in the guy never showed up to explain my purchase to me he just went off to the back. Waiting time over one hour and check out time over 20 min she kept walking off needless to say I was late for Christmas party
