Great people & reasonable rates,but if your so much as an hour late with a payment they drive you & your references nuts with phone calls! Also, I ordered online& it took 2 weeks for it to be delivered & I had to pay for those 2 weeks,even though I didn't have the bedroom set yet...still ain't figured that out...why pay for it when it wasn't even there yet? Overall,though, they're pretty good!

They're horrible to work with they all your phone before 9am on a Saturday and when you make a payment plan they still blow up your phone even after the payment is set in stone! Will never go through them again they're a joke! You're better off going to walamrt and getting the same thing for a lower price:)

I have bought many things from Aaron's, and they are a great store to rent from to build credit. They always have great deals and easy payment options.

The couch we got from them had a tear in the seam of a cushion, noticed it about 2 weeks after receiving it. Clearly, not my fault. Called them to talk to them about, was told someone would call back. I had to call them back. Someone was supposed to come take pictures of it. No one came. Had to call them. Someone was supposed to come the next day. The next day, I saw the truck leave the driveway but no one had come to my door. I called them and they sent him back out. Was supposed to receive a phone call telling me if they would order that cushion or the cover, or even if they would order more (there were other cushions that were pulling apart at the seams). A week later I called to ask. Was told they'd call back in a few minutes to let me know. 8 hours later I had to call back. Was told someone was supposed to call, didn't they call? UH, NO!! Finally, was told "it" was ordered. Decided then to look elsewhere. Found an alternative. Asked them to pick it up, set up time for a 4 hour window. Never showed. Called them, was told they had a "late start" they would be there in a 5 hour window. They finally showed up. Three days later received a phone call asking for a payment on the couch. Why hadn't we paid it yet............ ARE YOU SERIOUS????? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!! If you cant afford it outright, use someone else like Rent-A-Center.
