I'm an on-location photographer visiting from the Boston area. I needed a specific USB-3 cable because my visit was extended beyond the original plan. I called Harbor-Tech to ask if they had the specific cable in stock. The fellow at the store knew exactly what I was asking about & confirmed he had one in stock. When I got there, he had set the cable aside for me. In and out in minutes. Great service.

Harbor-tech employees are always so helpful when I stop in, always been greeted with a smile and I do want to mention that William Dowling has been so very helpful with all  my computer needs and questions; thank you !! And Leisha MacDougall is outstanding with all   her knowledge of cameras, photo's and what we can do with our photo's. !!! Most times there is a line of people waiting for her help but this is ok because it becomes a social place to be, Thank you too!

I went to Harbor Tech to get what I thought was a broken charging port to my iPhone 6 replaced. 

I had consulted online and attempted to clean out my charging port, but the phone still wouldn't register a charger when it was plugged in. 

Zach & Nick saved me tons of time and money by cleaning the port themselves for a nominal fee. They could have saved themselves 15 minutes of tedious work and had me spend more money in their store, but instead they went above and beyond their duties and now I have a perfectly functional phone again.
