Love this store! such a friendly welcome to newcomers , just moved here and already love my hometown store. They have had everything we needed and extremely helpful and friendly. We asked around town and everyone said go to Sears when we first moved here. They couldn't have been nicer and very welcoming to us as new arrivals and to our dream destination. so far they have worked with us on everything from bedroom to kitchen and outside to the garage. Our neglected Adobe is now our pride and joy! So glad to see locally owned businesses with locals operating them.

Friendly helpful well stocked and nicely displayed store. Easy to roam and review all the products. Enjoyed the warm homey feel with coffee and cookies and the door greeter Daisy is the most precious, even though I think she just wanted my cookie. ( didn’t tell I shared some with her) The savings were better than going out of town and spending money on another cities economy. Home delivery was included when I used my Sears card and the delivery team got involved with me to assure location, details and date. Very professional and knowledgeable of what they do for customers. I had some work to do at home to prepare for the delivery and they were extremely helpful in pointing out all the things that could slow the process. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied I had the information I needed to make the best choice for myself and did not feel as if I had been swayed one way or another. These prices were really the best I had found anywhere. With the stress of spending money as it is, I feel great after shopping locally, saving more and knowing I wasn’t treated like just another stranger off the streets of some cold uncaring city.

Great experience! Saved hundreds and hundreds of my purchase! I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful people working there. They asked all the right questions to find the right kitchen for me. Searched through more inventory than I knew this little store could get and at the lowest price I found anywhere! They even cross shopped online to show what their “so called” competition is offering. I got to see the higher prices at EVERY other competitor. They were ALL higher and charged 4X’s the price just to deliver to home. I am sold on Hometown!

good selection. staff is knowledgeable. a better location would be nice. the building is extremely old, decrepit, and is offered no signing at the road to let anyone know they are behind a gas station between a used car lot. once inside you see the stark difference of the age of the building and the Appliances of the future. Its like being in an alternate universe where ancient ruins meet space travel. anyway. i bought what i needed with friendly help from the staff and was steered towards discounts through payment plans. everything was, "i can get that lower for you". when a store thinks more about protecting whats in my wallet than taking from it, they get my business. ancient ruins or not.
