I went in on Saturday for a phone upgrade (Sprint). I was hoping to be in and out but, Sprint wasn't going to let that happen. Thankfully Lori was the associate helping me. Through no fault of Best Buy, it took until Monday to get the new phones. Lori helped the whole way with a little help from the store manager, and a smile. I haven't seen customer service this good in at least a decade. Keep it up.

Helpful crew. Good products. Someone was waiting to pounce and help me find what I needed to find immediately upon entering the store. Definitely recommend.

Having a protection plan for my laptop was a good idea! Geek Squad representative/technician Bernard was most helpful, very polite, and the most important an excellent professional. My laptop now, is good as new.

The staff has been very helpful even when we decide not buy at that particular time. I am very impressed with their knowledge and their customer service. I have always gotten help. I may have to wait while they help others, but they always answer our questions and offer wonderful customer service!
