I loved the staff on deans bridge I have been a customer for over a year now. However, at this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AARONS. I talked to one customer service rep who while trying to explain store policy to me OFFENDED ME. I was asking about my lease and he proceeded to tell me about this areas customers are more prone to steal merchandise and other negative points. I help a lot newcomers get acquainted with Augusta and use to be quick to recommend Aarons BUT NO LONGER

The associate's were very helpful, had knowledge about all the merchandise in the showroom.

This is Paula Bostwick a customer of Aaron's on Dean's Bridge Rd in Augusta Ga, I have been a customer for about a year now and never once was I treated unfairly or was staff ever rude to me. When I visit the store every one is very kind and polite, your greeted with a smile from each staff member at this location. The store manager a special Thank You to Dominic deserves all the best for always going above and beyond for me. He always has my best interest at heart. I love this location and would not go any where else.
