Don't waste your time at this place went there to get a washer and dryer while waiting on the application process I decided to get a phone. After all was done I paid and was told my washer and dryer would be delivered the next day between 2pm and 4pm I waited all day and no phone call or anything so I decided to call them to find out what time they would be delivering my items well to my surprise I was told it would be Monday. I understand things happen but they didn't even call or say anything I has to call them so I told them to keep there stuff I don't want anything from them I'll just come get my money back into of all that the new phone I got from them want even cut on after charging it for hours it want come on this place is full of jokes and I don't have the time or patients to deal with people that don't even have a enough respect for others to tell them they was not coming out please if you read this take your business somewhere else not this place

This location provided the absolute WORST Rent-A-Center experience I have ever had. Customer service was awful; employees were rude, making me feel like serving me was an inconvenience to their day. My Husband and I went in for a game system, requesting BEFORE beginning the application a new unused system. We were told that they had plenty available. After an hour of having our application for processing (sending us out of store to allow them time) we were told that all they had in stock were used systems. We left and went to Aarons; my Husband walked out of Aaron's with a new system in under 30 minutes. This Deans Bridge Road location is in desperate need of re-training by the corporate team.
