I have to say, I’m very disappointed in this particular location, I get the rules I’ve previously work for Aaron’s and they love me very much back home where I’m from, I’ve also purchase lots and I mean lots of items from Aaron’s and back home where I’m from never had any issues what so ever. I move here and I walk into Aaron’s and feel right at home the people here are nice!!! I’ve purchase a tv stand and also rented a couch from Aaron’s awsome!!! Not even 3 months later management decides to play the manager roll with me and say we’ll although your new item is schedule for a deliver we cannot deliver until we have a bank stub, mind you, they have all of my previous information and have record of my good history with Aaron’s. I have no problem providing that Information I explain I was running behind due to work but if it’s possible can you continue with delivery and I’ll come in tomorrow, then she responds well when you come in tomorrow with bank statement we then will deliver couch. I was very disappointment because at that point I realize customer service is important especially if you have a long standing good relationship with a customer.....providing excellence customer service and showing that customer you care and appreciate there service is important!!! This has put a bad taste in my mouth and after keeping chair for 1 month I’m returning chair back and will never do business with this particular store, I mention this to another Aaron’s Which they felt extremely bad and stated they will never do that. I forgot to mention she also got smart with me and said well if you work for Aaron’s previously you know the rules, ha, they need a better management team and they need further training on how to treat people... I’m not mad I’m ok, my skills and experience and hourly pay is more then what she makes I’m laughing to myself and saying well, you lost a good customer, enjoy your life. P.S It’s not all about trying to be a rock hard manager, it’s about be a professional.

Me and my wife have been dealing with Aarons since 2000 and if I ever had a problem it was fixed . I think they have exellent products my merchandise has outlast my purchase from a furniture store that I bought my wife a bedroom set for $3000.00 dollars the bed broke numerous times from the frame so all I have to say is Aarons is awesome.

Experience here has been pretty decent. I have leased out a few items and understandably because of my bad credit couldn't go anywhere else. Management needs to remain the same, in the one year I've seen at least four store managers. Customer service is OK. They have been really helpful when I got a little backed up on my account so I can't say anything negative from that end. Be prepared the application does ask for some info and a lot of it has to do with the type of company it is. Since it can't come after you creditwise.

I use to like Aaron's but now I don't my grandma got a table from them and the chairs broke after just 4 months and they call before u can even get to pay them to remind you to pay I would recommend that you don't go if you don't like them bugging you about a payment
