This is regarding a recent purchase at the Home Depot located off the 215 Fwy in Perris I would like to extend my gratitude for your sales associate, Lorraine's ,help with a recent error in a carpet purchase. I requested and paid for 23' of carpet (12' wide roll) and when I laid it out today , it measured only 21'4" ; too short for my needs(in addition to my having paid for 23' (30.66 sq yds) I called and told Lorraine my problems and limitations that would not allow me to bring it back myself. She arranged for 2 sales associates to get the correct amount needed and they brought it out to me. Matt and Daniel were very helpful and courteous. It is nice to deal with employees who actually value their jobs. I thank you all for great customer service!

This afternoon we went to purchase some items we need for our new grill the associate that help us were helpful this review for the cashier that help us they're​ was a line of costumer waiting the cashier next to her was just looking around she didn't bother to help I said can you help and ring us up she roll her eyes and log herself in she rang us up and drop our PVC pipe ground and continue ringing grill items with attitude finally she rang all items didn't bother give us total had to say what was total amount? She Very unprofessional make me want to take my money elsewhere.Im very disappointed with cashier Aaron costumer service level.

No respect for US veterans. The store is 100% policial. They pick and choose there battles. Store manager Becky is a joke. She caters to favoritism and will promote those who already have connections within the store over the ones who've been there much longer and have earned it. False promises fakes smiles. Home Depot has become your typical political money hungry store would not recommend working here or shopping here and to top it off they abuse all the lot associates because of there impared ability to realize it. just to save on taxes come tax season. I would suggest you shop at lowes.
