Today Was A Tramatizing Experience. My Two Inlaws, 1Year Old Daughter And I Came To This Cvs Less Than 30 Minutes Ago And When I Say We Spend Less Than 10 Minutes The Store I Mean It. As We Entered The Store We Were Immediately Asked If We Needed Help. I Didnt Think Much Of That. We Nicely Said No We are Okay. My Sister In Law And I Were Putting My Daughter In Her Cart And My Brother In Law Put Chips In The Cart. Then The Store Owner Came To Us Extreamly Rudely And Said What Did We Need Help With. My Brother In Law Said Nothing Why As He Stood In Out Way And He Replied With This Is My Store I Can Ask Whatever I Want And Stand Where I Want Can't I. Then Rolled His Eyes and Walked Away. All Of A Sudden 3 Employees Were Standing There Watching Us In The Most Uncomfortable Way And Waited On Us Making Faces And Remarks. We Decided We Would Not Spend Another Moment In This Very Rude Raciest Store. And For This To All Happen While I Have My 1 year Old Daughter With Me Was Tramatizing And Very Eye Openeing. As We Walk Away And Are In The Parking Lot A young Employee Went to The Door Looked At Us With The Bag Of Chips That Was In My Cart And Waved And Said Peace Out. Idk What Was Made To Think This Is Okay But It Most Definitly Is Not And Is Not Customer Service At All. As 3 Mexican People With A Baby In The World And What Is Going Going On In This World Today This Was Upsetting In Every Way. I Called Corporate To Complain. Don't Go Here If You Have A Baby With You. You Can Expect Anything.

Clean and organized store, super friendly staff. They aren't 24 hours, but this store is on my way home and I use it when I just need a hygiene product or two.

CVS is only good in the sense they accept many varied insurance plans. They suck on everything else. They are deliberately understaffed. Wait times even for refills can exceed an hour. When the pharmacist is too busy, he will redirect you from the "pick up" line to the "order" line even though it took you an hour to wait in the pick up line. This is the worst pharmacy i've ever been to in my life. And i've been there repeatedly throughout this year, and not once did something stupid and a long wait not occur.
