I have a new Magnavox flatscreen TV we had a big thunderstorm couple weeks ago power went out TV went off came back with a spiderweb affect they came and swore that me and my daughter broke the TV that we dropped it call the GM they said they were going to replace it which is been two weeks ago that they had to locate it in another store and I’m still waiting but they’re quick to call to ask me for my payment I’ve been advised by legal aid to keep the payments full and anybody that has a problem like this good luck because they will give you the runaround seek legal help do not move any of the property from your house if they tell you to bring it back to the store because they will try to him you up i’ve also had my paralegal do research on CNET and electronic news Magnavox I am Sam song have had issues with the same affect due to a power surge but in most calls is because of operator air the TV being dropped which I did not they send their delivery person who claims to be a expert in electronics and saying that is my responsibility to contact Magnavox to get the issue solved why is it my responsibility when I am still paying for the property the TV is still Aarons there than one so should be doing all the legwork a man enough to admit that if I broke the TV I broke the TV I haThey gave me a case number the regional manager called and said that I am a valued customer and that they would have the TV replaced within a couple days again it is two weeks later the beginning of June and here I wait for TV and I’m still paying for one I have nothing to gain nor loose but when you stand there and call me and my 10 year old daughter a liar and insinuate I’m covering up hoe far are they willing to go Aarons already over charges for the products I know the program is set up for less fortunate people who have bad credit I need a chance to establish credit but come on,I’m  man enough to admit if I broke the TV I broke the TV yet and I’m obligated to pay for it but don’t sit there and accuse me and my daughter of being liars then talking your time replacing it my payment are current if I’m so valued we’re my tv
