Great for repairs. Customer service has been hit and miss depending on who’s working at the time. Selection of instruments isn’t great, if you’re looking to try/buy guitars, look elsewhere.

I have been a patron of this store for several years for both piano and violin music.  They always have very fair prices and quick yet excellent quality service.  I appreciate this excellent music store in Williamsburg!

If you need customer service only go when the owner is there, the other person that answers the phone and works there clearly doesn't care about customers, or music.  Not helpful at all  I was made to feel like i was interrupting his day by having questions.  Not unusual or difficult questions either.  Why go there if i can order online?   If my instrument doesn't need hands on work by someone, I won't waste my time again if I bother to go there for that.  January 2018

Great store, a gem, good instruments, affordable prices, helpful staff. I've rented violins for my sons for many years from them, happy customer. In addition, if you need private lessons, they maintain a list of great local music teachers.
