This Walmart was very clean and the grocery section was very nice. The lady who greeted me/checked my cart as I came in and left was very friendly. Lots of parking, and great deals on food and clothes.

This was a fine, clean Walmart location.  My wife and I were on vacation and realized we needed a few items.   It was nice to see that the Walmart here in Williamsburg was laid out almost exactly the same as our store back in Pennsylvania.  It certainly made finding things a short experience.

The store is very large and almost everything you need can be found here - from groceries, fresh meats and produce to clothing, home furnishings, tools, sports, entertainment, and so much more. Signs of each department are easily seen from any vantage point - therefore if you're looking for a particular department, you don't need to waste time walking around the store. The wait in the checkout lanes was not too bad;  they had several lanes open and checkout was fast and efficient. They really are what they say - a 'Supercenter'.  
If you need to fill a prescription, though, you may have a long wait during certain times of the day. It is flu season, and I understand that they're busy.  I needed to fill my prescription and my physician had called it in around 6p. But when I called to find out if it was ready, I was put on hold for 25 min, then 15, then on my 3rd call, someone finally answered after approx 5 min.  By then, it was around 8:15p.  The pharmacist was a bit overwhelmed and plainly stated that she did not have time to fill my RX (they close at 9p) but would have it ready by 11am the next day.  And it was.

Started out with a messed up online order, but assistant manager Tiffany  and Ryan stepped up to help us get it all straightened out and get us taken care of. We were extremely frustrated with the whole situation and probably would not have used this store again for such a purchase, however Tiffany owned the problem and bossed a solution. At one point it seemed as though we would have to get resolution the next day, yet Tiffany said that would not do and figured out a solution. Thanks Tiffany for sticking with us through the end of our problem and being concerned for my sons satisfaction! Big thumbs up!!

I only go for two of my meds.The Pharmacy gives superb service. Cynthia, the Pharmacist is very kind. She knows her job well. She will answer every question knowing the chemicals and interactions. Always enough supplies. Then there’s Kathy and Rocio who go out of their way to help. Try to get the prescriptions filled fast. Look for pricing if you tell them you are not insured. 
Then there’s the Garden Department. Since 2005 it’s the same. Plants and flowers dying. Then try to sell them marked down. I wrote to Corporate, tried to reason with managers but they don’t care. What is the point of having this Department. 
You will never find anyone to help you. The associates are all in the front. I hate the yellow vests the supervisors were. Very tacky. No class. 
Processed food, not great meat and not competitive prices. The vegetables many times are not fresh. 
Besides the Pharmacy if I have to pick, like bird food I stop by since it’s convenient. 7 mls from my home. 
Over the years I met a few nice people who work there for many years. I enjoy seeing them. John, Department Manager should be the CEO. 
Earl should be recognized. 
There’s clientele that will live you speechless with their attitude towards the employees and how they dress.
