I've enjoyed working with this Office Depot store location. The staff has been easy to locate and super helpful. The store is well stocked and easy to shop.

My experience working with their print & copy shop has been excellent. Sending my docs and photos electronically through their website turned out to be a very convenient way to have my print jobs waiting for me to pick up later the same day. The docs and pics looked great.

We bought a chair from this store, and arranged to have it delivered.  But they did not deliver it on the day they promised.  So, we conducted many online chats with their customer service people.  Every time we chatted, they told us a new delivery date.  But they always failed to fulfill their promises.  This went on for a week.  And finally, they abruptly canceled our order completely.  They refunded the money to our credit card.  But the refund amount was $1.20 LESS than the amount we paid!!  So, they not only inconvenienced us, but also stole our money!!!  I will now order the same chair from Amazon.  Avoid the Williamsburg Virginia Office Depot store and go to Amazon or Staples.  I invite the manager of this store to answer the following question:  Does this represent your typical level of customer service?

The best office supply store in town. Has things other stores don't carry. Nice and knowledgeable service as well.
