My elderly father went in to buy an appliance. He is legally blind, which they knew. I wish he had told me he was going so I could accompany him but he wanted to be independent. The store people misrepresented the item they sold him and flat out lied to him about it's features. It was sent back for repairs multiple times. Now that he has told me everything, I am seriously considering a lawsuit. I am also looking into whether or not they broke ADA rules. Shop at the Yucca Valley Aaron's at your own risk.

Over priced crooks. You can get better quality  funiture  at cheaper prices at Hart or MOR funiture.

They should not even have 1 star, terrible customer service, LIARS!!!!!!. Sent a TV back because it stop  working out of nowhere, they said it was customer neglect and wanted to charge me for two TV when in fact it is them to blame LIARS bad people!!!!!!!
