A couple of years ago, I purchased a new Samsung and decided to buy the replacement glass protective screen option. I was told that I could stop in at any time, as often as needed, to have a damaged protector replaced.

Well, I stopped by the store about 3 weeks ago to have my screen replaced (first time ever), and the young lady told me that they had just run out. I left my name and number, and she promised to call as soon as a new shipment arrived.

Today, I stopped by to see if the order of new screens arrived. As it turns out, they had not.

How long does it take to order new screens?

The employee told me that she would speak with her general manager. 

Here's some advice for the office staff:

1) Take names and numbers. Give courtesy calls to the customers so that we don't feel like we've been ignored. More than 3 weeks have passed, and I've not heard from the store even once.

2) Have the general manager call the customer to apologize for the delay/misstep in ordering. A promise was made when I purchased this protection plan option. Promise has gone unfulfilled.

3) Offer an account credit of $5-$10 as a way to show appreciation. No customer should have to wait a month (or more) for something that should be in stock.

4) Do not suggest that I visit another store. I live in Yucca Valley. I purchased my phone and the replacement plan from your office and staff.

I'll stop by in a few days (8 March) to see if anything new develops. Maybe a shipment of protective screens will arrive. (Not holding my breath...)

Last week I went to this store. With the help of Arturo I made my perfect selection. He was so respectful and honest. Made choosing my phone so much more easy than I expected! I have already told multiple friends if they need a new phone with excellent service go to this store to get a plan and ask for Arturo!

My phone kept having issues, and I somehow  managed to delete pictures (I thought I was never going to get back). So I went to my local Verizon store, to see if there was anyway i could recover them, and Arturo was not only able to retrieve my lost pictures, but He even went on to show me how my pictures were automatically connected and saved on google drive. I left that store very thankful and appreciative for Arturos willingness to be so helpful, patient, and informative. Thank you

They lie to you! We switched over to Verzion because the supervisor told us that my husband can use his phone for FREE overseas and now our bill is 1700$.. VERIZON SUCKS.

I went into this store not knowing much about your service and plans. Your employee Arturo Hernandez was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and was exceptional as an employee of Verizon by answering all my questions. I am one happy and satisfied customer!
