🇺🇸🇺🇸* WARNING CONSUMER'S *🇺🇸🇺🇸     AWFUL, TERRIBLE, PHONE SERVICE! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!😣😞😔😕 "EVERYDAY" LITERALLY, I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SPRINT SERVICE.
BEEN CUSTOMER 3 MONTHS, PAY OFF PHONE & I'M GONE!    WITNESSED AN ACCIDENT 2 DAY'S AGO, COULD NOT CALL 911, WOULDN'T GO THROUGH FOR NOTHING. TOOK FOREVER TO GET SOMEONE @ CUSTOMER. SERVICE, SHE TOLD ME SHE'D  TRANSFER ME TO A TECH. TO REMOVE "BLOCK"OR SOMETHING TO 911!  WHAT? 😲 HOW THE HELL IS  THERE A BLOCK ON 911? ANYWAY SHE TRANSFERRED ME & AND I'LL BE DAMNED 😠😠😠😠 "GOT DISCONNECTED" YES, YOU READ CORRECTLY "DISCONNECTED"!!!
I'M BEYOND & TO THROUGH WITH SPRINT & THERE UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!  Also got text PRIOR that my pin & security question has changed. Excuse me? Why? Oh We do that every so often, it's only been 3 month's I replied, so what, in another 3 months it will change again? She didn't know! IMAGINE THAT! I WANT THROW THIS PHONE, CRUSH IT SMASH IT, ETC. So let me tell you how awesome the staff is at sprint store yucca valley! I've had to replace my phone twice in the past couple of months and the entire staff has been amazing through each process, but there is someone in particular that has gone above and beyond each and every time to resolve my issues. Miss Riley!! She remembers me by name which makes me feel like she cares about what I'm going through as a person and not just business. Any issues I'm having she resolves them in one visit or call, and if not she has worked tirelessly to have them fixed quicker than any other customer service I have ever received from sprint as a whole. She is just simply amazing at her job and her customer service skills guarantee customer retention! If you are a sprint customer having issues in the high desert area, I highly recommend you visit the sprint store in yucca valley and ask for Miss Riley!

Phenomenal customer service the two representatives Riley and Ethan were very helpful made my family and I feel comfortable and overall just was a big help definitely 5stars for this place
