My experience at this location is generally positive, four stars worth. I live nearby and sometimes go to FedEx Kinko's. They are good also. I have done two large print jobs at this location. The price was a bit lower than competition. Jeanin, Heather, and Charlotte have been very helpful in the print shop. They turned the job around sooner than promised. They do watch their labor I agree but you gotta do that. All the supplies, hardware, and furniture you could expect in our 55k city.

Jeanie & Heather in the printing services area helped me put this whole banner combo together! All I had to do to get it started was email over a picture of my design and the dimensions. When I arrived, only a day after placing the order, it was ready minus the grommet installation, which was an awesome team effort! I brought in some lights they even helped me get those all set up. Thanks again!

Staff were generally available to help find items/answer questions, & prices are reasonable (& they have most everything office or paperwork related!).

The staff was RUDE. . Being in a walker, I needed 15 cases of water. There were NO customers in the store. . .wonder why?? After waiting to be acknowledged, 10 minutes, I went to counter to ask for the flat bed cart for the water. I waited 10 more minutes, to NO AVAIL, another store employee asked me what I wanted. I told him, he, like the other two got on their collar Mic and ASKED for the flat bed cart. More time went by. I finally told the girl at the counter I had fish in the car. . .was ANYONE , going to bring the cart??? She rudely told me SOMEONE WILL BRING IT!! I FINALLY LEFT WITH NO WATER. . .THIS USED TO BE A GREAT STORE. . .
