Great Customer Service, Great Quality Furniture, Great Selection for Electronics...

I purchased a mattress, bed set, and a dining room set back in August. Keep in mind I paid for these items that day. JOSH told me that the items would not arrive until the 1st week of October. I agreed with that and made the purchase that day. Fast forward to the 1st week of October, I called Action Furniture and JOSH tells me that the delivery will be made on Fri around 5 o'clock. So me thinking that my furniture was going to arrive, I got rid of all my old furniture. It is now 8 pm still no delivery so I call back and of course there was no answer. So the next day on Saturday I call and spoke to JOSH and he said the truck was on its way to my house. This was around 11 o'clock. Around 5 o'clock I call back and of course JOSH gives me the same story that the truck is on its way to my house. So I just request my money back and JOSH said he would call me back. Of course I have to call back to find out what is going on. After a week of going back and forth with JOSH he admitted to messing up my order and promised me a full refund plus my furniture that I ordered. So I call back to make sure I get my money back and JOSH told me he had sent a check via mail. Another week goes by and still no refund. So finally I spoke with Chris which is very professional unlike JOSH, and he gave me the bad news that JOSH never even ordered our furniture in the 1st place and lied the entire time. I requested to speak with the owner TRACY, but she never seems to be available. Till this day I still have not spoke with Tracy, received my refund, or my furniture. JOSH needs to be fired immediately. What he did is unprofessional and now my family has to eat on the floor because he lied and said our furniture was coming the 1st week of October. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer involved to handle this situation. THANKS JOSH!!!!

I recently bought a dresser. I paid a deposit when ordered and the balance when it came in. Chris was the salesperson and ultimately the one who delivered the dresser. The wait for the order was earlier than expected. Chris went above and beyond with his customer service. Thank you.

One of the worst costumer services ever experienced! First we go in choose a couch and love seat and accent chair. The paperwork said 4 to 6 weeks. Josh told us it usually never takes more then 4 but they have that on their paperwork just in case. At 4 weeks we called and asked them if they knew what was going on and they never had an actual answer for us always so it's just backordered we're not sure give us a little bit and we'll call you back with an answer, never to receive a call back. So finally we went into the store ourselves and talk to them usually got the same runaround. Finally after about 4 and a half months they said our Furniture would for sure be on the truck I would bet something big on it. Joking around my husband said how about a king size mattress. They agreed that if all of our furniture was not on the truck that they would give us a free king size mattress because of the huge runaround we had been getting. So a couple days later truck shows up the couch and love-seat we're on it but no accent chair. They said the chair was on back order and that because they had made the bet with us that we would get a king size mattress also. So about a month ago is by still no word on the chair or anything else. We call and again the same old runaround again and again. Finally about another 3 months down the road my husband went in to talk to them again about the accent chair. Now the accent chair is no longer available and screw the deal they made with us on the mattress we're not getting that. Fast forward a few weeks from that incident the couch we have got from them, a piece on the insidea of it was broken so they're guys came to pick it up so they could fix it. They never said when they came that they were taking the couch or I would have asked if they could have brought another that we could have used We are family of five all using a two-seater loveseat at the moment. They came and got the couch on a Monday we asked when it would be done they told us it will be done no later than Wednesday. My husband said okay that will be good but for sure it has to be here no later than Saturday because we have people coming over Sunday. So I call Wednesday to see if they were bringing the couch back and they said that we had arranged for them to bring it Saturday I said no we told them no later than Saturday he told us that it would be ready Wednesday. They even said it was fixed just the glue and such was drying. So Thursday I call to see if they are bringing it and again nope they say they will be bringing it Friday we will see if they stick to their word. After this I will have no more dealings with this company ever again.

Love this place --talk to Josh. Great people, great deals, good quality furniture! We purchased a houseful of furniture and absolutely would recommend this to everyone.
